Livestock & Heritage Festival Brings Unique Events to Cedar City

Get ready for 1,200 head of sheep parading down Cedar City’s Main Street. Celebrating the community’s agricultural roots, the Cedar City Livestock & Heritage Festival comes to town again Friday, Oct. 24 and Saturday, Oct. 25. The festival features events the whole family can enjoy, including a stock dog competition, a Dutch Oven Cook Off, cowboy poetry and music, an antique tractor pull, agricultural displays, and, of course, the sheep parade.
